Jason completed his Osteopathic training at the College of Osteopaths in London. Prior to becoming an Osteopath he had over 15 years of experience in the nursing profession mostly as a District Nurse. Jason enjoys the wide variety of patients that Osteopathy brings and he likes to work closely with patients in devising suitable treatment plans. He has a lot of experience working with older adults in a variety of clinical settings and likes to encourage patients to take an active interest in their health and well being. Jason also enjoys working with sports injuries, following through from injury to rehabilitation and has worked closely with S.A state rep rugby teams and local senior and Junior rugby teams. Since graduating in 2011 he has worked solely as an Osteopath, in Plymouth, Cornwall, and now Adelaide.
As an Osteopath Jason employs a variety of techniques such as Joint Mobilisation, Muscle Energy Technique, Manipulation, Cranial and Soft Tissue Techniques. He has a special interest in acute and chronic back pain and neck pain. Jason has additional qualifications in Trigger Point Dry Needling and Kinesiology Taping (such as RockTape) which offers additional treatment options to all patients.
Stephanie qualified in 1998 from University of East London. She worked in a variety of settings finally specialising in Musculoskeletal and Orthopaedics.
Stephanie offers manual techniques, Dry Needling and Taping. She has a special interest in post operative Orthopaedic care. Before leaving the UK she was the manager of a Physiotherapy department in a private hospital in Plymouth.
Stephanie moved to Adelaide 2013 and enjoys exploring the region with her family and following there adventures.
Max completed his Bachelor of Health Science/Bachelor of Applied Science (Osteopathy) at RMIT University in Melbourne, Victoria. Max since graduating has made the move to Adelaide to pursue his career in osteopathy.
Whilst completing his studies, Max has completed numerous rehabilitation, pain science and biomechanics courses to better understand the human body. Max was also a coach at a gym in Melbourne and actively competes in powerlifting competitions.
Max employs hands on care, education and exercise prescription to help patients find long lasting solutions their injuries and pain. Max also takes into consideration other factors such as sleep, stress
and how they can impact a patient’s pain
When Max isn’t working, he loves catching up with friends, talking nature walks and binge-watching Star Wars.
Olivia’s longstanding passion for health coupled with her desire to empower people lead healthier and happier lives was the driving force behind her decision to undertake a career in Osteopathy. She completed a double degree in Health Science and Applied Science (Osteopathy) at RMIT University in Melbourne before returning to her home state of South Australia.
Olivia is passionate about providing holistic, inclusive, and individualised healthcare to all her patients and welcomes people of all ages, ability and function into her treatment room. Olivia works with her patients to understand not only the cause of their pain, but also the best way to address it by considering all aspects of the patient’s life to develop realistic, achievable and positive changes.
Within the treatment room, Olivia utilises a wide range of both hands-on techniques, including joint mobilisation, manipulation, massage and dry needling and hands off techniques such as exercise prescription, goal setting, and education to assist in reducing her patient’s pain and symptoms.
Ruth, moved to the clinic in January 2024 and offers a great service. Helping patients manage Chronic conditions and people from all walks of life be that Elite athletes, weekend warrior or post op and injury management.
Bev is a qualified Remedial Therapist.
She has been working as a Remedial Massage Therapists since 2004.
Bev has completed a Double Diploma in Massage at the South Australian School of Health & Education (now know as Endeavour College of Narural Health, Adelaide); specialising in Remedial & Traditional Chinese Therapies.
As a Remedial Massage Therapist, Bev has studied many varied modalities over the years.
Her clinical skills & work practices are informed by the following massage modalities;
Remedial Massage, Dry Needling, Sports Massage, Chinese Massage (Tunia Amino), Cupping, Trigger Point Massage, Myofacial Massage, Therapeutic Massage, Reflexology, & Polarity Therapy.
Bev is also a qualified Yoga Teacher .
